The Buyer issues ICPO, License and CPA/Q88;
The letter from the company that issues the ICPO, on their company letterhead stating that they have got the ability to perform and pay for the pipe-line fees, when requested in the procedure.
Upon acceptance of the Buyer’s ICPO, the Seller issues Commercial Invoice for the Buyer’s review and signing of the Trial Lift Order for the awarded allocation;
The Buyer signs the Commercial Invoice and returns to the Seller within 36 hours;
Seller lodge the signed Commercial Invoice with the Buyer license and Q88 with the Ministry of Energy of Russian Federation, upon successful endorsement by the Ministry of Energy;
The Buyer pays for pipeline service (approx. USD 60,000.00 – USD 65,000.00) to the Pipeline Company for injection of product from the Seller tank to the Buyer’s vessel;
.Injection commences to the Buyer’s vessel; the Buyer inspects by the SGS;
7. The Seller issues the POP Documents as shown below:
Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
Fresh SGS Report
Q&Q Report – Ullage Report
Tank Storage Receipt
Tank Injection Report
Authorization to Verify.
The Buyer makes payment for the product via MT 103 after completed injection and receiving copy of Bill of Lading, and the Seller transfers title ownership to the Buyer and sign yearly contract.
